The staff were great: kind, supporting, always smiling and available to help. The breakfast was outstanding: wide offering, variety, plenty of types of food and good quality. The rooftop pool with restaurant is also fantastic and the gym is way above expectations for Orchard Rd in SG.

Very good location on Orchard Road. All staff very friendly - Lovely welcome from David on check-in! Room clean & modern. Hotel lobby has lovely a cafe & other shopping options - nice to relax & meet friends there...

Room was spacious, beds were comfy, location ideal for shopping on Orchard with all the big malls in close proximity. One can easily reach all sites either by taxi or by public transport. The bus stop opposite the Thai embassy is a stone throw away. The rooftop pool is spacious enough and thanks to pre-booking not overcrowded. Staff was attentive and friendly, the hotel had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
